Founded in 1945, Cleveland Letter Service, Inc. was purchased in 1975 by the current owner and President, Barney Janes.  Cleveland Letter Service has 13 employees and prepares and delivers 2 million plus pieces of mail to the Post Office every month.

With over 62 years of experience and as the holder of permit number 1 we have serviced many customers during this time.  Cleveland Letter Service has been continually upgrading our machines and educating our staff with all the current Postal rules and regulations.

We pride ourselves in Customer Service, quick turn around time and developing trust with our customers.  Over the years, mailing has become very complicated and we want our customers to feel comfortable with the services we provide and the delivery of their mail pieces. 

Cleveland Letter Service is not the biggest or smallest direct mail company in Cleveland but we do take pride in offering you the best service possible to meet your needs.
